PVE Adding numbered weigh points to underground rail lines.

I was thinking it might be interesting to put numbers on the walls of subway lines in different colors of wool between major destinations at set intervals. There would be shafts with a ladder to the surface of each of these weigh-points. It would make more a useful "jumping off point" for persons seeking intermediate destinations and add some color and interest to those long tunnels. I could add some between Port Aperture and Skyport as a demonstration if folks are agreeable (its my neighborhood).
