Best schools in culinary management?

I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and am very interested and passionate in entering the food-service industry. I'd like to open a restaurant, this is my end-goal. I am looking to enter a school in culinary management. Of course, learning about food creation itself is important, but my main focus is to learn to be able to open, manage, and run a successful restaurant.

I've been researching a lot online and so far I've come down to CIA and ICE. Both I've heard great things about, and read a lot about them. I was wondering if anybody has any other schools they'd like to add to my prospective list that I can check out? And any experiences from schools in culinary management are VERY welcome!
