Using Figures from other Papers

A bit of a silly question.

I'm currently in the process of writing a research paper, however there is a figure from a related paper I'd like to use to illustrate a concept covered in both papers.

Is it frowned upon to use the same figure even if I cite it? Would it be better to recreate this figure?
