Erm, I think I need some help with the OSX patcher..

So I start the patcher, login and select "Update." It goes well until the patcher says "Determining what files you need... (THIS MAY TAKE A LONG TIME!) I've been waiting here for the past two hours or so, I'm pretty sure that's abnormal.. any help?
