SIB Hard Reset?

It's currently on sale, however it only has a metascore of 73 which makes me a bit nervous. The price is a non-factor here. I won't buy a game just because it's a great deal, it has to be worth playing. I've wasted at least $15 since the summer sale on games that people told me were "worth the money" and in all honesty they were, but they were still shitty games. Granted $15 isn't a lot of money but being a stingy college student, I like not to spend money if I get nothing in return. So, should I buy it?
