[Build Help] GPUs for triple monitor gaming that run at >50 FPS, 1080p, all on ultra

I'm thinking battlefield 3, flight simulations and racing games. I couldn't find a proper answer online. Best I could get is

which shows you can get around 30-40 FPS on a single card, but I'm not sure if multiple GPUs could improve this and how.
