I'm taking a course with a closed-book exam and no past papers available. What now?

Is there a good bank of past papers somewhere? The specific course is New York Practice, no materials other than the CPLR allowed, so I have no intention of not doing a bunch of practice.

Update: I've asked the professor, and he seems to think practice is unimportant. I disagree.
