Need to replace my board & bindings

So, my friends and I get back from Kirkwood yesterday and there are no boards on the roof rack!! We didn't hear or see them fly off at all. Four boards, gone. Totally fucking sucks. My question: what are your suggestions for a new board/bindings? What do you love or hate about yours? Any input on Flow bindings? I ride all over the mtn- trees, pow, park...
