Mystery Object orbiting the Mun?
I was approaching the Mun earlier when I saw a tiny white dot on the surface. I didn't think anything of it, because I thought it was just a Mun arch. However, when I used time warp, the object didn't stay in the same place. It was moving in a single direction, most likely in orbit. I hit the F4 button a few times to see if it was a piece of debris, but no label showed up. I checked the map, and the only other thing I had orbiting the Mun was a few hundred km away. From the motion of the object and the position relative to the surface, it looked to be in an orbit of around 30 degrees inclination.
Here's a screenshot I took, I tried getting 2 different pictures to show that it had moved but it only showed up in 1 screenshot. Also, imgur uploaded it in jpg format so you can't really see the dot in the non-zoomed part of the picture. Picture
Here is a dropbox link where you can see the non-zoomed dot: Picture
EDIT: Saw the object again, I did some testing by zooming out and moving the camera around, and it turns out that it was just a Mun arch. It appears that you can see Mun arches through the Mun itself. That explains why the dot appeared to move across the surface. Sorry folks.
TL;DR: It was just a Mun arch that was on the other side of the Mun, but somehow still visible.
