Reddit question - I was wondering how people have the team ________ icon next to their name?

I've been on this subreddit for about 3 months but not that active and I see people have a team (Eg: Bteam) with the mindcrackers face next to a post or comment and unless ive missed something can someone tell me how i get it im not sure.

Thanks
