[C] Learning C: Comments on my code, please

Hi, I decided to dig into lower level programming a little bit (I do a lot of Python/Java and everything feels so different in C). I started with a simple Liked List. Could I get some general comments on my Code? Is this how a C programmer would do stuff? Thanks in advance!

Edit: Another question that I have on my mind for a long time: What would a C developer really do, if he needs a dynamic data structure (like a linked list)? Implement it like this? Or are there any common librarys I've never heard of?
