Criss cross or loop trails? One way or two way?

I ride three parks regularly. One is all unidirectional loops without cross trails. Another is a bidirectional loop without cross trails. The third is a bidirectional loop with tons of interior cross trails. I like all of them but want to know how you feel Reddit - one way or two way? Cross trails or no?
