I need a car so I stand a chance at getting a job so I can fix my own financial problems instead of having to continually ask for money-Warrensburg MISSOURI
I'm a college student and I can hardly afford to pay rent and bills much less to buy a car or fix my laptop or any of the other hundreds of things I've been putting off to keep a place to live. I'm married, my husband just started a new job, but in the 4 or 5 weeks since he's been trained, they've only given him two work shifts, one of which wasn't put on his schedule till the day he was supposed to go so he missed it. We've been paying rent through my student loans and I opened a credit card to keep up with bills until money started coming in again. We're already on food stamps, and I'm on medicaid. My husband does have a car, however, I can't drive stick without having panic attacks at the worst times. We don't have the gas money to get me though all the practice to get over my anxiety disorder would take. If I could just get a car, my job hunting options wouldn't be limited to walking distance. This is a college town. Everything withing walking distance of campus is grabbed as soon as it's out there. The only ones that aren't are delivery jobs. For which one needs a car. I'm just tired of asking family for money. I can only get about twenty dollars out of them at a time and only when I show them exactly where it's going and prove I'd lose either the roof over my head or something detrimental like that. I'm trying to get out of the stupid vicious circle of borrowing money to pay bills to paying people back with money that needs to go to the next bills and my husband having to essentially pay for everything. He can't even get back in classes because trying to support us both. Please help me. I'm desperate beyond belief.
P.S. if you've read this post before as asking for a moped, that was me, but no one responded, perhaps because I didn't properly verify my email and such, but I didn't get any response before.
