[Build Help] - Dual Monitor through Card and Motherboard Question?

Ok, so I was thinking of getting this:

PowerColor Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card

And noticed that it only has 1 DVI port. No problem, I thought to myself, I only use the second monitor for web browsing and the occational netflix while playing games on the primary monitor. If I get this Motherboard:

Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H ATX LGA1155 Motherboard

And hook up the second, smaller monitor to this, will it:

• A) Work?
• B) Impact system performance in any way if its just web browsing and netflix?
• C) Compromise the system in any way that would damage the components?
