Where do I go to get a good suit?

I want to be able to go to an actual store and be measured there by the tailor, so don't tell me Uniqlo or Indochino or the usual garbage.

I want a European-style suit that will compliment my frame (5'9'', 146 lbs, slim but toned), are there any national chain stores that sell good quality suits that will run about ~$500 after tailoring?
