Dark Eldar vs Grey Knights 1000pts. New Player need advice.

I just started playing 40k a little while ago and have just a few models pretty much listing below for my army. I am having trouble fighting my friends dreadknights. Here are the lists:

Lelith Hesperax - 175pts

5 Wracks: Liquifier, Haemonculus: Hexrifle x2(was trying them out) - 150pts

10 Wyches: Shardnet & Impaler, Razorflails, Hexatrix: Blaster, Agonizer, Raider: Darklance, Nightshields, Flickerfield(maybe only for shooter boats b/c of jink?) - 245pts

10 Kabalite Warriors: Splinter Cannon - 100pts

5 Scourges: Splinter Cannon x2 - 130pts

1 Talos Pain Engine: TL Spinter Cannon, Chain Flails, CCW - 125pts

3 Reavers - 66pts

I am aiming for a coven list but still want to try all the models to see if that changes. I guess I'm wondering what direction I should take as my most common opponents I'll be fighting are CSM, Orcs, Space Wolves, Ultras and Grey Knights.

Grey Knights current list:

Inquisitor Coteaz, 4x Terminators: Nemesis Flachions, 1x Brotherhood Banner, Jusitcar Anval Thawn - 415pts

5 Terminators: Nemesis Force Halbreds x4, Terminator Justicar - 210pts

Dreadknight: Daemonhammer, Psycannon - 180pts

Dreadknight: Greatsword, Psycannon - 195pts

If there are any conflicts with the list please let me know (especially with his lmao!)
