I can't study at home at all. Anyone else the same?

Seriously, I come home, say I'm going to xyz and I never do. I just get dragged onto my laptop, and I even read my own personal history books instead of reading my history notes from class. It's like my brain just automatically shuts off at home. I guess I feel too comfortable. But am I right by saying this might be a positive thing because it separates my college work with my home leisure time? To me it does feel healthy, but I can't help but feel guilty that I don't do anything. I much prefer to study at college.
