Where can I find clothes for skinny men or men with long arms

for pants I'm a 31 waist and 35 leg (I have never seen this size ever). I'm mostly asking about long sleeves shirts or sweaters. I'm not sure the exact length of my arms, but my wingspan 6 feet 7 inches. The size that looks most natural on me is small but length is generally too short and barely pasts my waist and for longs sleeves shirts the arms are too small until large or extra large. I'm an 18 year old black male so please choose somewhere where I won't look awkward. I hope this info helps.

Edit: I like simple clothes and keep everything aside from jackets under $30 please. I live in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and would prefer not having to leave Mississauga.
