WDIS: Shorts @ Buffalo or Garcon @ NYG?

No one can stop RGIII but he does the spread the ball around a lot, however he LOVES Garcon, I like Shorts and he's the Jags best receiver but I hear the weather is brutal in Buffalo today. Thoughts?
