We need to reexamine our relationship with Israel.

I believe that Israel has a right to exist, but we as a nation must reexamine our policy of blind approval of all of Israel's actions. I don't often use the phrase "moral hazard," but this "conflict" has never been anything more than extraordinarily one-sided. When Israel violates agreements by building settlements in Gaza, when they cut off a people from food and travel (you'd think the Israelis, of all people would recognize a ghetto when they see one), when they indiscriminately bombard civilian populations, it gets very difficult to distinguish their methods from those of Bashar al Assad; we blindly go along with it and accuse anybody who dissents of antisemitism.

Well, I'm not anti-Jew, I'm anti-war crimes. Our government can exert great pressure on Israel, and can put a stop to this. The only reason Israel can behave this way is because they feel that the world's most powerful military will support them unconditionally. Let's add some conditions, because this is making us look bad.
