[Request] Not sure if this can even be done. My dad's a retired photographer. This is his favorite photo.

I'm not exactly sure where you would start or if it can be done due to the detail.

But here is his photo he took way back in the day.

My plan is to get a colorized version framed for Christmas. I realise its quite a job so don't expect anything at all but if anyone wants to have a go I would be more than happy to send some reddit gold your way. (if this is allowed). And be eternally grateful!
