Editing a subreddit?

I recently created a subreddit (r/Lamington (Its private atm)).

I left most of the fields blank or put in qwerty to allow me to see what specifically changes.

The only problem now is that I cant find a way to edit anything.

Could somebody help me out?

Thanks.
