Trouble Closing

So just to give you guys some background, I met this HB8 Halloween weekend, flirted took her home, and I got to second base, and that was it. We've been texting since then, semi-flirty but more casual. We're always talking though. We've hung out a couple times since then, and one time she was way too drunk, she puked, the next time she came too late and I was a little too drunk. Last time after we went out she automatically crawled into my bed, and I tried making moves and she wasn't really into it. I said fuck it to myself and said I would just go to bed but then she initiated kino and it led to me giving her a pretty intimate massage but thats it. She flaked on me last night but apologized this morning. Any tips on closing or on how to escalate things with her next time I see her
