Guild Wars 2 Official Forums

What is with the official forums? I've gotten temporary bans for posting screenshots of exploiters. I just got an infraction for using the word "craptacular". With the moderator note: "Hello, we have a swear filter on this forum for a reason, please refrain from attempts to circumvent it."

And these aren't the only things... nearly everything I talk about on these forums get's me an infraction or banned. I'm not swearing, I'm not trolling. Some are expressing my distaste in another player or guild, but nothing obscene. What's with these forum moderators? And what exactly am I circumventing with "Craptacular"? Spectacular? Good lord...
