Fan speed controllers not working

So yesterday I build my computer and everything was working. I have a Rosewill Thor V2 and it has two fan speed controllers on the front. The A one is working fine and the B one worked when I initially started it, but now the B one doesn't work. The fans are still going, so I know there is still power going through the cable, but I do not have the ability to adjust or go any higher from the lowest speed. Any suggestions on fixing this?
