Singed 3v3!?!

I've played a lot of 3v3's since the remake and every single time I've played against singed I get crushed.

I can play him okay but not to any standard I'd like. Also banning him out can't be done every time because there is so many op champs in 3v3 anyway.

So how do you beat him, help!!
