Request: A site listing worldwide future festivals/concerts/tours/red carpet premieres, etc? (Events you wish you were present at)

I spend pretty much all my savings on travel. Mostly across Europe as it's cheaper (and i'm always on a tight budget), but occasionally to USA as well. I don't always know where to go, so experiencing a traditional festival, or a famous artist on tour could influence my choice of destination. It would also be a great way to plan my stay accordingly. I'd imagine this would help others too.
