We played a birthday party in front of friends and family of a bandmember, doing mostly 'yacht rock' and classic rock covers. In the middle of "Born To Run" (Springsteen, 1975), during the middle part where it gets all crazy, we stopped playing and did a 4 count and went into the chorus of Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up". Party didn't know wtf just hit them but they totally lost it, because we frigging NAILED THAT SHIT! Even better was after a few repeats of the Rickroll chorus, we went immediately back into Springsteen (after the actual 4 count in the song) and blew the doors off the building.
