Cannot Mount Encrypted Drive (OSX 10.8)

I was using a WD MyBook encrypted in HFS+ (Journaled) when my computer stopped responding along with Finder. I had to restart and my mouse wasn't working along with my keyboard; I was able to fix this by unplugged the encrypted external drive, but now instead of asking me the password for the drive, a message pops up saying it doesn't recognize the device plugged in. It shows up in disk utility but does not show the partition and I am unable to "Repair Disk".

I need access to it, anything I can do in Terminal? I've tried opening it in Trucrypt (it was encrypted by Disk Utility in OSX), but it says that the drive is busy. The light on the drive shows it to be in standby.
