Do you think Riot has revealed it all about Season 3?

With Season 3 coming closer and closer, I started wondering what other, perhaps smaller scale changes could riot implement. While item, mastery and jungle changes are huge and possibly game changing, some little additions (maybe modified loading screens (I know it's hard to code)) would be welcomed by me. Do you think Riot will implement something like that?
