Catching Bagon

How do I catch a Bagon in the HGSS Safari Zone? Serebii says you need 9 Forest objects and 19 Peak objects and wait 110 days, but they also say that you need less object as time passes. So how many objects do I need to find one?

Also, if you want to trade one to me, it'll be no use, since I lost my DSi.
