Can somone help me out with building a good base rocket? (Info inside)

Hey guys. Ive been playing around with 0.18 and I'm having no luck whatsoever. My first try I somehow managed to get a probe into orbit but I lost that save/ship and now I can't seem to do anything except blow up at 30,000 meters.

What I'm trying to do is get a tiny probe (2 probe fuel tanks, circular probe, 3 tiny side engines, 2 big solar panels and the small docking port on the probe) into orbit (300,000 minimum). Can somone help me out in building a good base rocket to get started with? Thanks for any help!
