Egypt to any developed English speaking country. [male; 24yo; holds a masters from Cambridge, UK; speaks fluent English]

I am 24years old, male. I received my Bachelor in mathematics from Egypt and then my masters from Cambridge, UK.

I speak fluent English (and very little French). I know a bit about programming.

I am applying for PhD positions (fall 2013) in several US schools and would like to have a plan B in case this doesn't work out (especially with the rising Islamism in Egypt after the Arab Spring and me being an atheist).

I have around $20,000 in savings.
