Bug when coming out of time warp - No controls?

I'm having issues with ships coming out of time warp and not being able to control them after. I'll set the time warp to something like 100x so I can line up a Mun shot, but once I set it back down to 1x, I can't control my rocket. No throttling, no turning, no nothing. I can do anything else. The problem persists even if I go back to the space center and choose the rocket from the tracking station.

Anyone else having this problem? Is it a "feature" that I'm activating and not knowing it/how to turn it off?
