Wii U help

Right before getting the Wii U are Wii broke and now doesn't turn on. We have beaten many games i.e. Zelda and figured the data just got transferred. When we tried to do a system transfer all went well until we had to turn the Wii on which we can't do. Now all of our game files are lost. Any help?
