Asian Ebay Stores, are they ok to buy from?

I see some stuff on ebay from all these stores that are based in Asia. There are some really cool pieces like this, this, and this. BUT I am hesitant to buy just because I know nothing about the sellers. Has anyone purchased from an Asian ebay seller?
