Homesick- give me some Minnesota news

I moved to Colorado in August from Chisago county and my wife and I are really missing Minnesota. I haven't been able to watch a Vikings game or find any lefse. So give me some news, stories and anything else that's happened, happening or going to happen. Also is there snow?
