is there such thing as IR sensors or emitters/detectors that can detect eye movements from a sleeping mask reliably?
This subreddit has been wonderful for a beginner to electronics projects. I've learned so much in such a small amount of time!
My aim is to find a IR sensor of some kind that can reliably tell me when an eye is moving, or not, If its accurate enough I could even "talk" to it in a lucid dream state with morris code like patterns, and communicate with the outside world...
ask for the time, set alarms, wake myself up at a given time turn off light stimuli etc... there seems to be a lot of potential for a system like this
Alternatively, would i be able to use ultrasonic sensors or ping sensors to detect eye movement, just a yes or no input is what I'm looking for.
