Gravity's effect on time

Physics

It has become common knowledge that gravity warps and slows time. So I'm just curious if there is a mathematical prediction of the relationship between time and gravity. I know the force of gravity = Gm1m2/r^2 ; can time be incorporated in the equation somehow?
