C25K...Swimming?

just got a gym membership with a lap pool and I'm beyond excited! i swam competitively growing up and it makes me so relaxed and happy :) anyways, i saw someone reference a couch to 5k for swimming and was wondering if any of you lovely folks had a link or information! thanks!
