Bes course of action to fix busted ball joint? Chevy 2001 S-10, 2wd, ext cab, v-6.

Truck has 102,000 on it. I hit a bump last night and thought I hit a boulder or something. Got out, and the left drivers side wheel is inverted.

I'm wondering how bad this may be, and trying to get an estimate of how much lube I might need for my butthole. Thanks.
