Best way to get WvW map completion now?

So I just finished world map completion on my new main, but... 5% left, wtf?

Oh, yeah, completely forgot about WvW map completion. Servers full, no easy transfers, and worlds roughly balanced now anyway so there's no dominant servers anymore controlling 99% of the map.

FML. Is this something that can't be done solo anymore and either needs a guild zerg, or some kind of wall jumping hacks to get into well defended keeps?
