Help with Mint and USAA? Or finding an alternative?

I currently use USAA, and while I'm able to load my investment accounts as well as other banking accounts, I can't sync my main checking account and my IRA from USAA because of USAA's login system. Has anyone found a way to fix this?

Or, rather, is there a similarly organized program like Mint that would be better or nearly as good as Mint for me to use?
