Is there any special events during valentines day?

sorry for the long post, kinda multi-staged question. my family are booked stay at Disneyland for three days in February, the last of which is valentines day. does the park usually do any special events during this day that we should hit up, keeping in mind we have a boy (1) and girl (4) with us, so romance for the wife and myself is out the window. on a side note this is our second visit to the park. our first was disastrous. we went on new years eve in 2009. we were able to go on one ride, (alice in wonderland), and stood in line to see tinkerbell, minnie and mickey. saw a parade and went for supper at arials grotto. but i knew that it would be busy, however my wife had a migraine and so we had to leave right after supper. so we would like this to be a bit more enjoyable. what are the things we should not miss out on, given the age of the kids. this is mostly going to be for my daughter (4) as she is at the perfect age imo to still kinda believe in what going on.
