How should I improve the Lumia 920's battery life after getting 11-12 hours out of it?
Hello all. I have had my Lumia for some time now and I am looking for ways to improve my user experience. I've seen people complaining about the battery life so I went out to see if it was really that bad. The one thing I did before my test was that I disabled Nokia drive because I read on here that it takes down your battery faster. So I got my phone fully charged at 2:16 and took a screenshot of it just to remember. Then I took it off the charger and used the phone regularly (how I would usually do it). I texted, used the internet a lot (only went on LTE a couple of times since I had WiFi most the time), listened to music for a long time (with my phone locked for the most part though), watched some videos on YouTube, and watched a video on a video streaming app that was 30 minutes long. I also downloaded an app or two. This use resulted in my phone dying at 2:06 am, about 11-12 hours after I started using it (I checked the battery area in settings and it said about 11 hours before my phone died maybe 20 minutes later while I was watching a video. I would have taken a screenshot but had no chance). After getting these results I assumed that this was similar to what everyone else with a Lumia is getting. So how do I improve my batter after all this?
