Stainless Steel 6.4 Help

So I installed 6.3 and then patched 6.4 but when I launch 6.4 it gets to the loading screen and just crashes. No error message or anything. Help please!

I have Medieval 2 Total War Gold off Amazon which comes with Kingdoms and Windows 7.
