Turbulence by Steve Aoki & Laidback Luke = Daft Punk Reference?

I was just listening to the song and, as anyone that listened to it would know, it is a very techno electronic song. I am a big fan of this style so naturally I listen to a lot of Daft Punk.
Anyway, in the beginning of the song, it says "This is flight 909" as well as "Taking you around the world." These could refer to the Daft Punk songs "Revolution 909" and "Around the World."

TL;DR Daft Punk reference in the song "Turbulence"? Thoughts?
