With Boardwalk Empire finishing tonight as well as The Walking Dead, I am all out of shows to watch. What are other great hour long shows that are a "must watch"? (that's right, another what should I watch thread)

I am at a depressing crossroads with a bleak future of a lack of quality programming to watch. I trust reddit's opinion after recommending to me Breaking Bad. What are other top notch shows that everyone should watch? So far I am caught up on the following shows: Boardwalk Empire, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Mad Men, The Sopranos, The Wire, Twin Peaks, House, and others I am sure. Is Sons of Anarchy any good? People who have less than favorable opinions on most other forms of media have recommended this show to me, but I became interested after hearing Katey Sagal's interview on NPR.
