[Build Help] (CPU Cooling) Corsair H100(i) vs Noctua NH-D14

So I'm close to buying my i7 rig and have one final question for r/buildapc. I'm going for the fractal design define R4 case and since the beginning I always thought I would just get the Noctua NH-D14 as it looks like one of the best coolers out there and should be able to handle overclocks easy + quietly . The fans look horrible though.

I have recently seen the new Corsair h100 (the H100i) which looks very cool. If I were to go for this cooling solution I would probably get two SP120 quiet edition fans.

Questions: Would the H100 fit in the top of the R4? Looks like it will need to be mounted over slightly from the original holes.

Would there be much of a sound difference over the two coolers? (Noctua stock fans, corsair with just the sp120's)

I'm guessing the D14 will have better cooling capability, am I right?
