Hello everybody. I am proud to announce the Sentinel Investment Bank. We offer investments and loans to anybody in CivCraft regardless of political affiliation.

How it works:

Basically you deposit diamonds (all diamonds are kept in a 24/7 monitored DRO vault) and you gain interest on your deposits on a bi-weekly basis. You can withdraw your diamonds at any time and reinvest the interest gained on them to get higher returns.

Investment options:

Right now we are offering no risk savings accounts on diamonds with the details listed below (all returns are paid bi-weekly):

1 - 100d: 1% return

101-250d: 2% return

251-500d: 3% return

500d and up: 4% return

These Savings accounts are 100% risk free (You will get your full return every 2 weeks)

We also are offering trusted 3rd party escrow services

How it works:

You want to sell a suit of Prot armor to someone, and they want to buy it. The seller gives the armor to a Bank of Sentinel representative (myself) and the buyer gives the representative the currency in exchange. After receiving verification of the full amount I will deliver the product to the buyer and the currency to the seller.

This product is free of charge to anybody that has money deposited in our banking system, and a low cost of 1d per transaction (Unlimited items per transaction)

We are also offering Loans to most members of CivCraft:

Loans will be capped depending on a players history and interest rates will vary from 8% to 20% depending on the credit reliability of the player. Pay back of the loan will be structured depending on the size of the loan, but usually vary between 4 weeks and 12 weeks. Failure to repay the loan will result in seizure of property and being pearled until the debt can be liquidated.

We also offer a security deposit at a rate of 2d per month 1 chest worth of space. The amount is due at the time of purchase and you will not receive a refund if you close your deposit box midway between payments.
